Our recruitment process

We know finding a new job and changing careers is exciting but it can also be stressful. That’s why we want to make our recruitment process as seamless and streamlined as possible for you. It’s a robust process to ensure we hire exceptional people who have an uncompromising commitment to quality, who are right for care, and right for Bronte House. Interview

If your application is successful, we’ll be in touch to arrange a time to meet. We want to learn more about you, your experience and what drives you to want a career in care. We’re focused on values so we need to know that your values align with ours at Bronte House.

Checks

There’s a number of checks we have to undertake for example, a DBS check and reference checks. Once completed, your exciting career at Bronte House begins!

What next?

Welcome to the team - we’re delighted to have you onboard! You’ll take part in our comprehensive induction and training program through our internal training academy which includes online, in-person and practical training, as well as shadowing shifts and opportunities to get to know the wider team!
