About the role
As a Registered Manager, you will be working closely with the owner in a supportive environment to lead the organisation to ensure our clients receive the highest quality care, and our team are valued, inspired, and supported.
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that all operational and regulatory requirements and the individual needs and preferences of our clients are met and exceeded, and Bronte House is on track to achieve a CQC ‘outstanding’ rating to reflect our exceptional care.
You will be a kind, compassionate and positive person with excellent leadership and teamwork skills. You will love building relationships, helping others, and will have a hands-on, positive, flexible, ‘can do’ approach, jumping in wherever you are needed including doing care calls.

Role Requirements
You must have excellent knowledge of the regulatory framework and previous experience as a Registered Manager with a proven track record and ability to maintain a successful ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ rating with the CQC as a Registered Manager.
Must hold or be working towards / prepared to start Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
A passion for and experience delivering exceptional, compassionate care for older people and people living with dementia combined with a drive to be at the forefront of best practice through learning and development.
You will need a strong drive to make a difference to the lives of the people we support and our team.
Be an inspirational, kind and fair leader who is driven to create an outstanding and positive work culture, and to support and get the best out of the team at all times.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, families, staff members, and other health and social care professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to care is adopted.
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally while maintaining client dignity.
Must have a flexible, innovative and continuous improvement approach with the motivation to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table – we’re always looking at how we can do things better and differently so we provide the best quality dementia care.
Ability to work independently, problem solve and take accountability and ownership, as well as the strong ability to work as a team and in partnership with others at all times including when under pressure.
Full UK driving license and access to a car.
