Our internal training programme, ‘The Bronte House Training Academy’ inspires and empowers our team to have the knowledge and skills to deliver the highest quality care, and specialist dementia care. This includes courses developed by Bronte House, as well as external courses to ensure best practice.
All our team are being trained in the Positive Approach to Dementia Care (PAC) developed by internationally renowned dementia expert, Teepa Snow.

Since she was a young girl, Chantal has always been passionate about making a difference to the lives of older people, people living with dementia and those that support them.
Chantal does things differently with Bronte House. She understands the human needs of older people and people living with dementia and has designed Bronte House to enable people to continue to live the life they want, the way they want to live in the comfort of their own home. She takes a dynamic, empathetic and innovative approach to care, ensuring the individual is always at the heart of everything we do at Bronte House.
